I blend healing and self-discovery with real-world action, so you’re not just reflecting but actually moving forward. I have over 1,000 hours of training in Trauma Healing modalities including Somatic work, Nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems, Energy Medicine, and Life Coaching.

Carl Jung says it best: “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” In Phase 1 we will do a deep dive into your patterns, beliefs, and subconscious programming. Through these sessions you will gain a better understanding of yourself, your programming, and what is keeping you stuck. Session topics include:

Who is this program for?
This program is for healthcare professionals who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected—and are ready to do the deep inner work to heal, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
What if I’m in therapy—can I still do this program?
Yes! Coaching and therapy can work beautifully together. This program is forward-focused and action-oriented, and many clients find it complements their therapeutic work.
What if I’m not sure I’m “burned out enough”?
You don’t need to hit rock bottom to benefit from this work. If you feel overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or like something’s missing—this is for you.
I’ve been through a lot. Will this be too emotionally intense?
Not at all. This program is designed to be trauma-aware and paced with care. You are always in the driver’s seat. While we’ll explore meaningful topics, nothing is forced or rushed. The space is designed to feel safe, supportive, and empowering—never overwhelming.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Expect to spend about 1–2 hours per week between sessions, including reflection, journaling, or taking small action steps. So a total of about 3-4 hours per week on average.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. You’ll be able to reschedule within a set window—we’ll go over the specifics when you enroll.
What kind of results can I expect?
You will leave this program feeling lighter, more confident, and deeply reconnected to your sense of self and purpose. You will have new clarity around your authentic and sustainable path forward. Most of all you will have a future that you look forward to!
